MVPC is renowned for its team of double-board certified physicians in Pain Medicine, who are leaders in their respective fields. The center employs a unique, physician-led, team-based approach to pain care, ensuring that patients receive personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. This dynamic model integrates an array of services including chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, interventional pain treatments, medication management, and regenerative therapy, making it one of the most comprehensive pain centers in the region.
The role of front desk receptionist at MVPC is a vital position within this busy medical office. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, serving as the first point of contact and the face of the clinic. This position requires an individual who is not only highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently but also tech-savvy to handle the digital aspects of patient scheduling and record keeping. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors professionally, managing appointments, handling insurance and co-payment collection, and supporting effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
This full-time, in-person position operates Monday through Friday without weekend shifts, with clinic hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday. The salary range for this role is $18.00 to $19.50 per hour, reflecting the importance and responsibilities of the role within the clinical team. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
- Must have TB test at the time of hire
- Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed
- Answer incoming calls, check voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately
- Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments
- Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned
