The organization is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Events and Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic team in Philadelphia, PA. This role is vital in enhancing the company’s visibility, advancing community engagement, and supporting the brand’s mission through strategic event planning and targeted marketing initiatives. The Events and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end management of various events such as health fairs, community outreach programs, and promotional campaigns that highlight the value of home care services offered by All American Home Care. Beyond event logistics, this role encompasses the creative development and execution of digital marketing strategies leveraging platforms such as social media and Google Ads to maximize outreach and engagement within the local community.
In addition to strong organizational capabilities, the ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with expertise in both event coordination and digital marketing with at least two years of relevant experience, especially in the Philadelphia market. Bilingual proficiency, specifically fluent Spanish speaking skills, is essential to effectively connect and communicate with the diverse community demographics served by the company. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and marketing particularly within the Philadelphia area
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of event coordination including setup and breakdown
- Experience in digital marketing including social media management and Google Ads
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must speak Spanish
