The Event Supervisor role is critical within the janitorial and facility services department, ensuring that cleanliness and operational standards are upheld throughout each event shift. This position operates with administrative oversight and hands-on execution responsibilities, reporting directly to the Site Manager. The Event Supervisor will lead janitorial staff during assigned shifts, orchestrating cleaning operations, managing labor hours and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This leadership role demands a proactive approach to facility cleanliness, employee coordination, and client satisfaction.

Beyond routine oversight, the Event Supervisor is tasked with conducting frequent walk-through inspections to assess the venue’s presentation and sanitation during events. They will provide essential training for team members, reinforce company policies, and respond swiftly to client and operational needs. Human resources functions, including employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, and shift documentation, also fall under the scope of this role. The successful candidate will show strong organizational skills in managing event labor reports, safety checklists, and equipment maintenance, thereby guaranteeing a high-performance janitorial team that contributes to the venue’s reputation for excellence.

Paying a competitive rate of $21.00 per hour, this position suits candidates who are physically capable of performing demanding tasks in varying environmental conditions and who possess reliable transportation. Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication and safety, with bilingual Spanish skills considered highly beneficial.
