Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers as required by passenger flow
- assist field staff with coordination of routes
- manage driver compliance including housekeeping, daily inspection policies, time sheets, logbooks
- assist management to ensure transportation compliance and associated rules and regulations are being adhered to
- assist with permits and vehicles as required
- manage and communicate vehicle issues with the Maintenance shop
- communicate on maintenance schedules with shop management
- maintain files associated with drivers and transportation compliance
- maximize utilization of drivers and internal equipment
- coordinate and track location of units and drivers utilizing GPS system
- communicate and record departure/arrival times to all runs to the corresponding terminals
- communicate driver issues to the Dispatch Manager such as driver not complying with assignments or itinerary
- assist in coordinating driver training with the training department
- monitor and communicate to drivers of weather and traffic conditions
- other duties as assigned
