Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a customer service skills assessment
- Must be able to work onsite
- Commitment to full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 9:45 am to 6:15 pm
- Must be available starting employment on 6/15/2026
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions
- Ability to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to provide calm conflict and problem resolution
- Ability to work in a structured environment taking high-volume calls
- Commitment to 100% attendance during training
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Respond to all tolling and/or administration related customer inquiries using training and available resources
- Identify customer needs to provide complete and accurate information
- Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
- Submit research requests accurately and concisely
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws
- Provide support to other positions/operations during heavy workloads or absences
