Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens risk level 1

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments
  • Create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Initiate changes to center processes through company approved procedures
