Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to lift or lower objects regularly during shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate cashiering equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Embrace and promote company culture mission vision and values
- Execute cashiering tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Be knowledgeable about all transaction types including cash sales check sales non-taxable sales credit card transactions voids and exchanges
- Accurately enter all sales and payments in the register during each transaction
- Assist with stocking merchandise and maintaining store appearance
- Encourage add-on purchases and promote current store specials
- Arrive to work promptly looking neat and professional
- Stay aware and vigilant regarding store security
- Answer phone inquiries with knowledgeable responses covering sales promotions store locations prices and inventory
- Stay updated on promotional offers
- Help manage inventory for boots and check for mismatched pairs
- Follow policies for commission sales and validate sales tickets
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
- Collaborate with supervisors to achieve company goals
