We are currently looking for a Bilingual Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurant, overseeing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success and smooth functioning of the establishment. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and mentoring team members, ensuring they embody the company’s values and deliver exceptional service to our guests. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of restaurant management experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
  • Possession of a mandatory liquor license
  • Food manager certification
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights and weekends with flexibility during peak times
  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hours a day
  • Ability to perform tasks including walking, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a loud environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of restaurant management experience

  • Complete all financial and personnel-related administrative duties accurately and timely, in accordance with company policies

  • Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and staff appearance
  • Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and company assets
  • Manage shifts, making daily decisions and planning while upholding high standards
  • Ensure exceptional guest service
  • handle complaints effectively to convert dissatisfied guests into repeat customers
  • Investigate and resolve food quality complaints
