Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of restaurant management experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- Possession of a mandatory liquor license
- Food manager certification
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Availability to work during holidays, nights and weekends with flexibility during peak times
- Ability to stand for 10-12 hours a day
- Ability to perform tasks including walking, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a loud environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Adhere to company standards to enhance sales and reduce costs related to food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor
- Complete all financial and personnel-related administrative duties accurately and timely, in accordance with company policies
- Enforce hygiene practices for food handling and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and staff appearance
- Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and company assets
- Manage shifts, making daily decisions and planning while upholding high standards
- Ensure exceptional guest service
- handle complaints effectively to convert dissatisfied guests into repeat customers
- Investigate and resolve food quality complaints
