Job Description

Monarch Investment & Management Group is a leading commercial real estate investment company that has been actively involved in the industry since 1992. Specializing in multifamily properties, Monarch currently manages an impressive portfolio of 74,655 apartment units spanning across 21 states. According to the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) in 2023, Monarch ranks as the 9th largest multifamily owner in the United States. This remarkable growth and stability reflect the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences for residents, while also fostering rewarding career opportunities for its employees. Monarch’s reputation for excellence is supported by its dedicated management team that emphasizes both community development and resident satisfaction, positioning the company as a prominent player in the apartment management sector.

New Fountains Apartments, located in Fitchburg, is a vibrant 576-unit residential community managed by Monarch. The community offers prospective employees a chance to join an established and continuously growing company that prioritizes a positive work environment and career development. Monarch is currently seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to become a key member of the New Fountains team. This full-time, year-round position offers competitive compensation at $16.50 per hour in addition to generous $75 new lease commissions, making it an attractive opportunity for those eager to grow their professional careers within property management and leasing.

The role of the Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant is designed for enthusiastic individuals with a knack for customer service and a positive attitude toward building relationships. The company values candidates who are personable, self-motivated, and eager to develop their skills, even if they have no prior experience in leasing since Monarch offers comprehensive training for the right people. This is an entry-level opportunity with significant room for advancement within a company that values stability and employee development.

In this role, consultants will take pride in representing the New Fountains community by providing exceptional service to potential residents. The job includes greeting and assisting prospective tenants, showcasing available units that are well-maintained and appealing, and managing the leasing process from document preparation to final signing. The consultant will also be responsible for marketing efforts that range from local outreach to maintaining online listings on popular platforms such as Craigslist. The position requires strong bilingual communication skills, with proficiency in English and conversational Spanish, to better serve the diverse community.

Monarch fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment where associates are mentored by experienced professionals, particularly the Property Manager, to build effective resident relations programs and enhance community engagement. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, offering a stable weekly schedule. Employees benefit from a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holiday pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and exclusive housing discounts. Monarch also provides employees an opportunity to save 20% on rent within any Monarch-managed community.

This career opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic role in property management with a reputable and growing company that invests in its people. The comprehensive benefits, combined with competitive pay and the potential for career advancement, make Monarch and New Fountains Apartments an exceptional choice for those passionate about real estate leasing and resident services.
