Established as a leading player in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, Domino's has grown through a combination of great food, innovative technology, and a customer-centric approach. The company takes pride in fostering a workplace culture based on positivity, hospitality, and outstanding performance. Working at Domino's means joining a team that shares contagious energy and enthusiasm for crafting and serving America’s favorite pizza. This energetic and supportive environment is designed to bring out the best in every team member while delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
The role of Assistant Manager / Manager in Training at Domino's is a pivotal position that involves managing restaurant operations either in partnership with or in the absence of the General Manager. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.20 to $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and an annual salary between $32,400 and $44,000. As a leader within the store, you will be responsible for maintaining an excellent working environment by providing leadership, direction, immediate feedback, training, and development to your team. The focus is on cultivating a positive workplace culture that consistently ensures excellent service and food quality, while adhering to Domino's brand standards, policies, procedures, image standards, sanitation, and all regulatory requirements.
In this leadership role, you will be expected to lead by example, consistently demonstrating adherence to company policies both in your behavior and through holding your team accountable. Your role will be crucial in setting the tone for great customer experiences by overseeing product quality, fast and accurate service, and ensuring that the restaurant environment remains clean and well-maintained. You will respond professionally and timely to customer questions, concerns, and complaints to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention. Managing operational tasks such as preparing products, operating equipment, controlling food and labor costs, delegating tasks, conducting inventory, and maintaining cleanliness standards are all part of your daily responsibilities.

You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a fast-growing and dynamic company that values integrity, ethical behavior, and dedication. Training and development are key components of the role, helping you to grow within the organization while impacting the local community positively through exceptional service.
