Job Description

The Hereford Plant is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Receptionist/HR Clerk who embodies a positive and friendly attitude, ready to contribute effectively to the dynamic environment of our facility. This role is an integral part of our team, serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, and supporting the human resources department with various administrative and clerical functions.

The Hereford Plant operates in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting where adaptability and excellent communication are key. As a Bilingual Receptionist/HR Clerk, you will be instrumental in maintaining organization, managing schedules, and providing outstanding service both in English and Spanish. This position requires flexibility, as the work schedule may include shifts, some Saturdays, and is subject to change based on operational needs.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass answering all incoming calls with good phone etiquette, greeting and scheduling applicants for interviews, coordinating physicals, and managing various tracking activities related to attendance and logs. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will be essential to thrive in this role. You will also be responsible for producing various reports using Excel and other computer software, assisting with timekeeping, filing, and conducting orientations in group settings. Your ability to prioritize work efficiently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information is paramount.

This role requires someone who is not only proficient in administrative tasks but also committed to upholding strong work ethics, including integrity, honesty, and dependability. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, will allow you to interact professionally with employees and management, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere. Working independently and as part of a team will be a daily expectation.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in HR or office administration
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work shifts including Saturdays as scheduled
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with computer software such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous HR work-related or office administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
