Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- 1 year of office experience
- Experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish or Armenian
- Knowledge of online systems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
- Normal hearing and eyesight
- Ability to respect patient confidentiality
- Willingness to work under supervision

Job Duties
- Greets and directs patients and visitors
- Schedules appointments
- Checks patient eligibility for mental health services
- Answers phone calls and emails
- Schedules department meetings
- Checks in patients, verifying and updating necessary information in the medical record
- Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail
- Copies, collates, and prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence
- Attends meetings as required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Respects the confidentiality of the health records of patients and adheres to HIPAA regulations
