The role of Beverage Supervisor at Legends Global is a critical leadership position responsible for the overall management and direction of the beverage department. This role entails overseeing all activities related to beverage operations, including inventory management, coordination with various departments, and ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and service. The Beverage Supervisor works closely with the Purchasing Manager and Food & Beverage team to develop drink menus, conduct training on beverage laws and customer service, and maintain safe and compliant service environments. This position demands a proactive approach to maximizing profits through strategic marketing and exceptional customer service, while also ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to regulatory requirements. The supervisor must have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility in working hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. They should be capable of working independently or collaboratively while driving their team to meet and exceed guest expectations. Attention to personal hygiene and appearance standards are important in maintaining the professional image of Legends Global. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in beverage or hospitality management preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency in inventory management
  • knowledge of state and local beverage laws and regulations
  • physical ability to conduct inventory and supervise staff
  • capability to maintain hygiene and professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • college degree preferred
  • food and beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • direct all activities of the beverage department
  • conduct monthly inventory to ensure that all alcoholic beverages are accounted for
  • coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations
  • provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet
  • maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through excellent customer service
  • coordinate with the Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders
  • develop and update drink menus
  • monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily related to restaurant bar menus
  • develop and conduct beverage training for food and beverage team
  • train staff on state and local beverage laws and regulations including proper customer service of alcohol products
  • ensure a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees
  • deliver exceptional customer service
