The role of Beverage Supervisor at Legends Global plays a critical part in managing the beverage department to uphold high standards of quality and service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in beverage or restaurant supervisory role preferred
- knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage inventory and coordinate operational logistics
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Direct all activities of the beverage department
- conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for
- coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations
- provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet
- maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through excellent customer service
- coordinate with the purchasing manager regarding beverage orders
- responsible for drink menu development
- monitor beverage inventory and pricing on a daily basis regarding changes to restaurant bar menus
- develop and institute beverage training to food and beverage team
- conduct training on state and local beverage laws and regulations including knowledge for proper customer service of all alcohol products
- provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees
- possess a drive to provide exceptional customer service
