The role of Beverage Supervisor at Legends Global is pivotal to the success of its hospitality operations. This position is responsible for overseeing all activities within the beverage department, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance at beverage outlets under the company’s management. The Beverage Supervisor's core duties involve maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and marketing with the goal of maximizing profitability through outstanding customer service. This role requires coordination of inventory management, ensuring all alcoholic beverages are correctly accounted for through monthly audits. The supervisor will also coordinate movement of beverages and equipment to support both restaurant and catering operations, working closely alongside the Purchasing Manager to maintain optimal stock levels and pricing.
Moreover, the Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of drink menus, staying alert to changes in restaurant bar menus to keep offerings relevant and appealing. The leadership position extends to training responsibilities, where the supervisor is tasked with delivering beverage training to the Food and Beverage team, as well as educating them on state and local beverage laws and regulations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in beverage supervision or related hospitality role
- Knowledge of state and local beverage laws and regulations
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Capable of training staff effectively
- Ability to uphold safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- College degree preferred
- Food and Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred
- Must maintain personal hygiene and well groomed appearance
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute an event
- Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations
- Ability to listen and take direction from management effectively
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette

Job Duties
- Direct all activities of the beverage department
- Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for
- Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations
- Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet
- Maintain highest standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through excellent customer service
- Coordinate with Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders
- Responsible for drink menu development
- Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily regarding changes to restaurant bar menus
- Develop and institute beverage training for Food and Beverage team
- Conduct training on state and local beverage laws and regulations including proper customer service
- Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees
- Demonstrate drive to provide exceptional customer service
