Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Ability to prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes or customizing according to customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café including workstations, seating areas, kitchen, restrooms, and front of shop
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Basic arithmetic skills for cash handling
- Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team

- No previous experience required but any experience with barista duties or milkshakes, smoothies, and boba teas is beneficial

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including milkshakes, bubble teas, smoothies, slushies, cold brew coffee, and espresso according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café including workstations, customer seating areas, kitchen, restrooms, and front of shop
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
