Job Duties
- Conducting product research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and new beverage releases
- Providing exceptional customer service and product recommendations based on individual customer preferences
- Educating customers about the various products available and making informed suggestions based on their needs
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all products sold at Total Wine & More, including their origins, production processes, and flavor profiles
- Ensuring the store's beverage selection is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Collaborating with the store team to create engaging and informative displays and events to promote specific products or brands
- Assisting with inventory management, including ordering and stocking products
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Actively promoting and participating in company-sponsored events and promotions
- Continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in the beverage industry
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
