Job Requirements
- Experience working in customer service roles is desired
- Experience dealing with cash previously is a plus
- Barista background is preferred yet not mandatory
- A basic understanding of math concepts and the ability to count accurately are vital
- Adeptness at working independently with little to no supervision
- Skills in English reading communication and recipe adherence are key requirements
- The Food Handling Certification must be obtained in order to comply with regulations
- Conforming to the designated attire expectations is required
- Physical demands may include lifting bending pushing pulling and extended walking and standing
- There could be a necessity for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage

Job Duties
- Adequately process financial transactions utilizing a register/POS system including handling cash and credit card payments
- Greet and help clients forecasting their needs to facilitate a positive encounter
- Observe the brand's guidelines for the production and presentation of coffee tea and specialty beverages
- Ensure that the food items are prepared and served in line with the establishment's guidelines
- Organize and reconcile the cash register fill out the cashier's slip accurately and deposit funds as required
- Observe and follow the cash management guidelines and procedures at Aramark
- Arrange and take down coffee bar specific zones or shop to uphold cleanliness and structured organization
- Regularly sanitize equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic work area
- Equip your establishment with drink coolers quick-grab snacks serving necessities and condiment choices
- Ensure that all procedures for food and drink preparation adhere to health and safety regulations for sanitation purposes
- Obey instructions to take on different responsibilities from management
