Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
ability to work well within a team
ability to handle fast-paced work environment
clean and professional appearance required
knowledge of food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous barista or beverage experience is a plus
ability to follow recipes and work quickly under pressure
strong interpersonal and communication skills
friendly and energetic attitude
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of espresso preparation is a bonus

Job Duties

Craft delicious, high-quality beverages with consistency
customize drinks to guest preferences
maintain a clean and organized beverage station
ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stocked
provide friendly, fast, and accurate service
support specialty promotions and seasonal drink launches
follow all food safety and quality standards
