Job Duties

  • Follow proper alcohol and food handling procedures per Food Handling SOP
  • take and fill guest orders and requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • follow proper alcohol handling procedures according to TIPS and HFE standards
  • report any issues to Command Base or supervisor
  • determine when sale or service of alcohol should be refused and notify leadership
  • remove alcoholic beverages from intoxicated guests when necessary
  • refuse service based on intoxication observations and notify leadership
  • maintain food stand cleanliness per Cleaning and Sanitation SOP
  • operate food equipment safely using required PPE
  • complete time and temperature sheets hourly
  • know and follow stand menu, recipes, prices, and portion control
  • prepare and serve food meeting quality and health standards
  • consistently operate food stands per SOP including opening and closing tasks
  • clean and sanitize work and dining areas, equipment, and utensils
  • handle Tasting/Dining Passports, Meal Vouchers, and Drink Wristbands responsibly
  • follow all host safety and injury prevention guidelines
  • report guest concerns and equipment issues
  • remain compliant with park-wide hygiene standards
