The Role This position involves supporting bar operations by serving guest drinks and addressing special customer service requests with excellence. The core responsibility is to deliver 'The Best Customer Service in Black Hawk' by practicing Genuine Service for all guests, both internal staff and external patrons. Candidates in this role will be active participants in creating a welcoming and efficient bar atmosphere, ensuring timely and courteous beverage service. This requires handling beverage orders, coordinating with bartenders, managing payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area. Providing a friendly, professional experience is paramount, along with compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. The role involves serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and requires a high level of communication skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
