Job Description

Bally's Corporation is a prominent global casino-entertainment company with a significant and expanding presence in the gaming and hospitality industries. Operating across multiple states in the U.S., Bally's currently owns and manages 15 casinos located in 10 different states. Beyond just casinos, the company diversifies its portfolio with assets such as a golf course in New York and a horse racetrack in Colorado. It also holds online sports betting (OSB) licenses in 18 states, highlighting its growing involvement in omni-channel gaming experiences that cater to both online and in-person patrons. With the acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, Bally's is extending its footprint internationally, strengthening its global entertainment offerings. The company also encompasses Bally's Interactive International, formerly known as Gamesys Group, a top-tier global interactive gaming operator, and operates platforms like Bally Bet, a premier sports betting platform, alongside Bally Casino, a rapidly expanding online casino platform. Bally's is supported by a workforce of approximately 10,600 employees and operates about 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms across its properties. Additionally, the company possesses rights to develop land in Las Vegas, a strategic asset that situates Bally's for future growth in a major entertainment hub. Anticipated completion of a merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. will add four casinos across three states, a new operational jurisdiction in Iowa, and elevate Bally's portfolio with added gaming machines, hotel rooms, and workforce resources. This merger also brings significant economic ties to a global lottery management business through Queen’s stake in Intralot S.A.
