Located in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada, MGM Resorts encompasses some of the most iconic resorts and casinos in the world, including the award-winning Aria Resort & Casino. The company's dedication to innovation, entertainment, and superior guest services has established it as a leader in the hospitality industry, offering diverse career opportunities and a vibrant work environment that celebrates inclusion and excellence. With a dynamic portfolio that spans gaming, lodging, entertainment, and dining, MGM Resorts is a global destination for fun, relaxation, and memorable experiences.
Currently, MGM Resorts is seeking talented individuals to join their team as Lounge Servers at Aria. This role is perfect for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. As a Lounge Server, you will play a vital part in elevating guest experiences by efficiently fulfilling drink orders, delivering excellent beverage and bus services, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across multiple locations within the property.
The starting rate for this position is $14.1045 plus tips, reflecting the company's commitment to fair and competitive compensation. Lounge Servers at Aria are responsible for a variety of tasks that keep the lounge operation smooth, including stocking supplies, ensuring stations are clean and inviting, and possessing an in-depth knowledge of available liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, and the appropriate presentation of drinks with designated glassware and garnishes.
Success in this role involves clear communication with bartenders and completing the company’s Restaurant Training Program, which equips servers with essential skills and knowledge to excel in their duties. If you have prior experience in upscale, fine dining, or resort settings, and a demonstrated passion for hospitality, this position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills and be part of an exciting team environment. Additionally, the role requires flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, as well as adaptability to serve guests across different locations within the property.
MGM Resorts International not only prioritizes guest satisfaction but also invests in the wellbeing and development of its employees. Working as a Lounge Server at Aria means becoming part of a community that values teamwork, excellence, and continuous growth. This role provides access to numerous benefits designed to support your physical and mental health, career development, and overall quality of life.
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, eager to work in one of the most dynamic hospitality teams in Las Vegas, and ready to contribute to an unforgettable guest experience, MGM Resorts encourages you to apply for the Lounge Server position.
