Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality beneficial
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and move quickly during shift hours
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to all guests by creating personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions
  • Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes to accurately answer guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance while anticipating guest needs and offering exemplary hospitality
