Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and move quickly during shift hours
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team-player mindset
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary
Job Duties
- Provide high quality service to all guests by creating personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions
- Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes to accurately answer guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance while anticipating guest needs and offering exemplary hospitality
