We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced casino environment. Servers are responsible for providing superior guest service to ensure that all guests have an unforgettable experience. This role requires individuals who can deliver timely cocktail service in a friendly and courteous manner while maintaining a professional appearance that guests find appealing and approachable.
As a Server, you will need to initiate and engage in conversation with all guests in a professional and friendly manner, working with a sense of urgency to anticipate customer needs and assisting other team members when opportunities arise. Communication with management to address and rectify any customer needs, comments, or incidents is a crucial part of the role. Adherence to all established policies, procedures, and guidelines is mandatory to maintain our high standards of service.
The ideal candidate will have previous cocktail serving experience and a solid knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and mixed cocktails. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. The ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is important for success in this role. Candidates must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours and work within the assigned bar area in the venue.
The casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy. You may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public. Effective communication in English specific to the position's duties and responsibilities is required.
