Job Requirements
- One to two years guest service experience preferably in gaming or hospitality environment
- Ability to lift at least twenty pounds and grip necessary items such as glasses pens pads garnishments and money
- Ability to stand walk for long periods and bend stoop and twist while serving cocktails
- Money-handling experience and basic math skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communications skills
- Cooperative helpful and friendly nature
- Neat clean well-groomed appearance
- Must attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training and adhere to cut-off procedures
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process and maintain all licensing requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide beverage service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner
- Work all shifts as required including nights weekends and holidays
- Pick up empty glasses and return them to the proper area
- Assist in the preparation of drink orders including icing glasses and garnishing drinks
- Take drink orders present drinks to customers accept payment and give change when necessary
- Maintain a clean station and perform assigned side work duties such as stocking coffee glasses cream sugar beverage napkins
- Possess complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job
- Treat all guests in a prompt professional and courteous manner
- Know menu items specials and prices
- Understand current wine list and be knowledgeable about different wines
- Offer assistance to all guests regardless of seating location
- Handle guest complaints or problems promptly and courteously
- Ensure thorough communication between shifts
- Remain up to date on all departmental policies and procedures
- Comply with all departmental rules side work assignments and procedures
- Perform all other duties specified or assigned
