Job Requirements
- One to two years guest service experience preferably in gaming or hospitality
- Ability to lift at least twenty pounds and grip necessary items
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and bend stoop and twist while serving
- Money-handling experience and basic math skills
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Cooperative helpful and friendly nature
- Neat clean well-groomed appearance
- Completion of Responsible Alcohol Training
- Ability to communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to fulfill pre-employment process and licensing requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide beverage service to all casino customers in an efficient courteous and professional manner
- Work all shifts as scheduled
- Pick up empty glasses and return them to the proper area
- Assist in the preparation of drink orders such as icing glasses and garnishing drinks
- Take drink orders, present drinks to customers, accept payment and give change when necessary
- Maintain a clean station and perform side work duties like stocking coffee, glasses, cream, sugar, and beverage napkins
- Possess complete knowledge of all job-related procedures
- Ensure all guests are treated promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Know menu items, specials, and prices
- Be familiar with the current wine list and understand different wines
- Offer assistance to all guests regardless of seating location
- Handle guest complaints and problems in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure thorough communication between shifts
- Stay up to date on all departmental policies and procedures
- Comply with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and procedures
- Perform all other duties specified or assigned
