Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to present change correctly and knowledge of guest charge procedures
- Familiarity with tray service and cocktail ingredients
- Mobility and dexterity to carry a tray weighing 15 pounds
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle stress and busy volumes
- Mathematical ability to add and subtract
- Ability to stand and walk up to 4 hours
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well with co-workers
- Well-groomed appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous beverage experience preferred
- Previous experience dealing with the public preferred
- Must be able to present change correctly and have knowledge of guest charge procedures
- Must be familiar with tray service and have knowledge of cocktail ingredients
- Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds
- Ability to work in a team environment and under stress as volume of business increases
- Must have mathematical ability including the ability to add and subtract
- Ability to stand and walk for periods of up to 4 hours
- Must have excellent customer service and communications skills
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
Job Duties
- Provides beverage service to casino guests in designated gaming areas
- Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests
- Presents the drink order to the bartender and writes the check properly while waiting for drinks to be made
- Presents the drinks to the guest, presents the check to the guest, accepts payment and gives change when necessary
- Maintains a clean station at all times
- Maintains accountability for all complimentary charges and cash receipts where applicable
- Provides a great experience for every guest, every time, through courteous interaction
