Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or minimum three months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding
- Must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a loud and sometimes extreme environment
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming
- Adherence to attendance and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum three months related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to qualify for required licenses and permits
Job Duties
- Take orders and serve drinks to customers including icing glasses, finishing set-ups, and garnishing
- Clean and maintain station, trade out ashtrays, remove trash, wipe tables, remove empty glasses, push in chairs
- Perform public relations by selling the casino and landing, know products and upsell, and answer guest questions
- Operate cash register, handle money and provide change, make deposit at the end of shift
- Perform side work including making coffee and tea, stocking and cleaning waitress station, and maintaining cappuccino machines
- Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Perform all job duties safely and responsibly
- Comply with reasonable requests from supervisors or management
