Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Louisiana Responsible Vendors Certification
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision and depth perception
- Ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment
Job Qualifications
- Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experience
- Communication skills utilized significantly for training, safety, and guest interaction
- Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
- Louisiana Responsible Vendors Certification
- Prior experience with MICROS a plus
- High school diploma or GED or one to three months related experience or training or equivalent combination
Job Duties
- Take beverage order and relays it to bartender
- Collect order from bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to patrons with cocktail napkins
- Compute bill and accepts payment
- Take orders for and serves light meals and hors d'oeuvres
- Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned
- Remove empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned station and work area
