Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior banquet food service experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a food server preferred
- Experience carrying large trays with covers
- Knowledge of chafing dishes, plate warmers, coffee urns, and hot boxes
- Knowledge of table service procedures and etiquette
- Superior customer service skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand 10% and walk 90% of the work period
- Ability to frequently bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, stoop and reach overhead
- Ability to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant customer contact
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Provide timely, friendly and courteous service
- Introduce oneself and greet guests at assigned area
- Obtain entree orders when necessary and communicate appropriately
- Obtain food when prepared and deliver orders to respective guests observing service standards
- Responsible for the service of assigned area
- Manage drink orders and proper wine serving
- Maintain assigned areas neat, clean and organized at all times
- Follow established uniform guidelines and appearance standards
- Assist in all aspects of Food and Beverage operation when necessary
