Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must demonstrate a customer-focused and positive attitude
- Capability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Physical stamina to handle fast-paced work conditions

Job Duties
- Provide high quality service to all guests including creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
- Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
- Accurately answer guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
- Perform other duties as assigned
