Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Must demonstrate a customer-focused and positive attitude
  • Capability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to handle fast-paced work conditions

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to all guests including creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings
  • Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Accurately answer guest questions
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality
  • Perform other duties as assigned
