Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 6 months experience as a cocktail server preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 50lbs
- Able to work effectively in moderate to loud environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 6 months prior experience as a cocktail server preferred
- Able to obtain and maintain valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Take orders from patrons and serve beverages promptly
- Keep the service area clean and orderly
- Perform responsible alcohol service and comply with training requirements
- Use bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg Beverage System proficiently
- Ensure safety and security for employees and guests
- Observe and assist gaming patrons to enhance their experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
