Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
6 months of work experience in serving is preferred
Ability to obtain a valid racing license
Ability to obtain a TIPS certification
Maintaining positive and productive relationships among all team members and guests
Oral and written communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations

Job Duties

Responsible for taking orders from guests and returning these orders in a timely manner
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner
Perform responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations and pass all responsible alcohol service training
Handling all transactions according to the cash handling policy
Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests
Be able to use all bar equipment and BERG Beverage System as needed
