Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
  • Manage time effectively with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making
  • Ability to obtain Gaming work card in the state of California
  • Adhere to all company and department policies, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to handle a flexible schedule
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach up to six feet with or without assistance
  • Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance

Job Duties

  • Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
  • Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
  • Carry work cards at all times during shift
  • Serve alcohol responsibly according to alcohol awareness training
  • Behave in a positive, professional manner reflecting company practices
  • Observe and encourage safety rules and comply with Board of Health Standards
  • Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
  • Know the location of MSDS booklets for your area
  • Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
  • Inform manager on duty of team member or guest opportunities
  • Utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants, and all-purpose cleaners
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash and margarita containers
  • Polish all brass behind bars and surrounding tile areas
  • Polish all mirrors
  • Maintain the image of all bars and storage areas
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
