The successful candidate will be expected to carry a valid work card during their shift, manage stock and cleanliness of designated areas such as soda rooms and bars, and use cleaning supplies effectively to maintain a polished environment that meets the company’s aesthetic and safety criteria.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
- Manage time effectively with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making
- Ability to obtain Gaming work card in the state of California
- Adhere to all company and department policies, practices, and procedures
- Ability to handle a flexible schedule
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach up to six feet with or without assistance
- Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
- Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
- Carry work cards at all times during shift
- Serve alcohol responsibly according to alcohol awareness training
- Behave in a positive, professional manner reflecting company practices
- Observe and encourage safety rules and comply with Board of Health Standards
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
- Know the location of MSDS booklets for your area
- Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
- Inform manager on duty of team member or guest opportunities
- Utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants, and all-purpose cleaners
- Maintain cleanliness and stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash and margarita containers
- Polish all brass behind bars and surrounding tile areas
- Polish all mirrors
- Maintain the image of all bars and storage areas
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
