Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form
Manage time effectively with minimum supervision
Demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making
Ability to obtain Gaming work card in the state of California
Adhere to all company and department policies, practices, and procedures
Ability to handle a flexible schedule
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach up to six feet with or without assistance
Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance

Job Duties

Practice, support, and promote Graton Resort & Casino's culture and service standards
Inform immediate supervisor of product shortages and equipment needs
Carry work cards at all times during shift
Serve alcohol responsibly according to alcohol awareness training
Behave in a positive, professional manner reflecting company practices
Observe and encourage safety rules and comply with Board of Health Standards
Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards
Know the location of MSDS booklets for your area
Display knowledge of all emergency procedures
Inform manager on duty of team member or guest opportunities
Utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants, and all-purpose cleaners
Maintain cleanliness and stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash and margarita containers
Polish all brass behind bars and surrounding tile areas
Polish all mirrors
Maintain the image of all bars and storage areas
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
