Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with prior management experience in both front and back of house
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Strong communication skills and an ability to follow directions carefully
- Aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment
- Ability to remain calm and tactful in challenging situations
- Adhere to uniform and appearance standards
- Complete ongoing certifications and training including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- Knowledgeable about beer wine and spirits with a focus on driving sales through guest cultivation and retention
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Physically able to lift heavy items
- Physically able to maintain a brisk pace while ensuring quality service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver consistent high-quality beverages to customers
- Manage inventory effectively to maintain adequate stock levels
- Create an inviting atmosphere that maximizes customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer complaints with efficiency
- Regularly assess product quality and seek out new vendor opportunities
- Train and supervise bar staff to ensure product knowledge and adherence to policies
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Uphold and enhance the restaurant's positive image
- Control operational costs and implement measures to reduce waste
- Enhance customer engagement by building relationships and monitoring satisfaction
- Provide training and mentorship to team members for personal development and a positive work environment
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and regulations including ServSafe and OSHA standards
- Foster vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Assist in financial oversight including cash handling and deposit management
- Handle daily operations including opening and closing procedures staff scheduling and shift management
- Ensure restaurant facilities are well-maintained and report issues to management
