Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant experience with prior management experience in both front and back of house
  • Proven leadership and management abilities
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to follow directions carefully
  • Aptitude for motivating employees and maintaining a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to remain calm and tactful in challenging situations
  • Adhere to uniform and appearance standards
  • Complete ongoing certifications and training including food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
  • Knowledgeable about beer wine and spirits with a focus on driving sales through guest cultivation and retention

  • Deliver consistent high-quality beverages to customers
  • Manage inventory effectively to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Create an inviting atmosphere that maximizes customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with efficiency
  • Regularly assess product quality and seek out new vendor opportunities
  • Train and supervise bar staff to ensure product knowledge and adherence to policies
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
