Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months management experience
- 2+ years bar operations experience
- Knowledge of bar purchasing and production processes
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long durations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 6 months of management experience
- At least 2 years experience in bar operations
- Knowledge of bar purchasing and production processes
- Physical ability to work long shifts including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives and create promotional activities that engage patrons
- Identify opportunities for enhancing sales and managing costs, develop actionable plans
- Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff ensuring a high standard of service and performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- Interact with guests to ensure outstanding service and address concerns promptly
- Oversee beverage procurement, storage, and inventory management ensuring quality and minimizing waste
- Manage shift operations, scheduling, and guest interactions
- Monitor bar equipment and maintain an organized and inviting ambiance
