Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 months management experience
  • 2+ years bar operations experience
  • Knowledge of bar purchasing and production processes
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long durations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage and develop a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of management experience
  • At least 2 years experience in bar operations
  • Knowledge of bar purchasing and production processes
  • Physical ability to work long shifts including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing initiatives and create promotional activities that engage patrons
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing sales and managing costs, develop actionable plans
  • Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff ensuring a high standard of service and performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide timely feedback
  • Interact with guests to ensure outstanding service and address concerns promptly
  • Oversee beverage procurement, storage, and inventory management ensuring quality and minimizing waste
  • Manage shift operations, scheduling, and guest interactions
  • Monitor bar equipment and maintain an organized and inviting ambiance
