The ideal candidate for this role is an enthusiastic and self-driven professional with deep expertise in global wines, ideally a certified or advanced sommelier or someone with equivalent mastery of wine knowledge. As a Wine Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing every aspect of the wine program, which includes cellar organization, educating the staff on wine service, engaging guests with expert advice, and handling the administrative duties necessary to keep the program operating smoothly.
This leadership position demands a passion for wine and the ability to inspire both the team and guests by fostering a culture of wine appreciation and excellence. Serving as a wine ambassador for CUT by Wolfgang Puck, the Manager encourages curiosity and enthusiasm for wine among guests and the restaurant team alike, helping solidify CUT's reputation as a premier destination for wine lovers on the Las Vegas Strip.
