Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming license
- Must possess or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a beverage-related establishment
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards ensuring a polished and professional image

Job Duties
- Develop and execute creative beverage programs including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings to delight guests
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste

- Oversee bar operations including opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth workflow and efficient service
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
