Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of cocktail servers, bartenders, support staff, and supervisors to ensure a high standard of service
  • Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of beverage outlets, including bars and lounges
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory control and cost management to maximize profitability
  • Train and develop staff to improve performance and customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all beverage services
