Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with casino operations is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of cocktail servers, bartenders, support staff, and supervisors to ensure a high standard of service
- Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of beverage outlets, including bars and lounges
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory control and cost management to maximize profitability
- Train and develop staff to improve performance and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all beverage services
