The role is hands-on, requiring the manager to engage directly with staff and guests, schedule workforce efficiently, control the beverage cost of sales, and advance service standards through innovative policies and procedures.

As Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, operational, and compliance tasks including hiring, training, and managing staff, coordinating alcohol compliance, creating safe work environments, and overseeing purchasing activities. This position requires a proactive approach, leadership strength, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere where guests and team members feel valued. The job offers a competitive salary ranging from $62,354 to $78,300 annually, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses and uncapped sales incentives.

Delaware North is committed to the personal and professional development of its employees by providing an inclusive culture and diverse career pathways. Employees benefit from comprehensive packages including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plans with company match; paid time off; parental leave; tuition reimbursement; and generous discounts at numerous affiliated hotels and resorts. The company values diversity and provides equal employment opportunities regardless of race, gender, or other legally protected statuses.

This is an evening, weekend, and holiday role in a dynamic work environment that demands leadership ability, adaptability to frequent changes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest service.
