Job Duties
- Administer all beverage and bar-related functions to ensure guest satisfaction
- prepare weekly staff schedules according to business needs and payroll plans
- assist in maintaining planned bar cost of sales and support restaurant cost management
- hire, train, and manage team members, providing feedback and aligning with company service standards
- complete purchasing in compliance with company policies
- communicate and assist with other associates and departments
- ensure workplace safety by following all safety and security procedures
- attend and participate in meetings, committees, and training sessions
- research and develop new policies, procedures, menus, and control policies to enhance service standards
- coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards
- handle guest relations and monitor quality assurance adherence
- perform other duties as assigned
