Job Duties
- Create and execute innovative cocktail recipes
- Research latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- Manage scheduling and labor cost minimization
- Streamline operational processes for efficiency
- Train and mentor beverage staff
- Oversee inventory, payroll, and cost control
