Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of similar work experience
  • Minimum three years of management experience in cocktail restaurant and bar
  • Ability to create and execute creative cocktail recipes
  • Experience with scheduling and labor cost management
  • Strong organization and technical skills
  • Willingness to work long hours and flexible shifts
  • Energetic, passionate, and dedicated approach

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in luxury hospitality
  • At least three years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
  • Proven creativity in beverage recipe development
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as inventory and payroll management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of current beverage trends

Job Duties

  • Create and execute innovative cocktail recipes
  • Research latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • Manage scheduling and labor cost minimization
  • Streamline operational processes for efficiency
  • Train and mentor beverage staff
  • Oversee inventory, payroll, and cost control
