Job Requirements
- Education or experience relevant to food and beverage management
- previous experience managing beverage operations
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to train and supervise staff effectively
- knowledge of budget management related to beverage service
- local to San Francisco or willing to commute daily
- availability for a 100 percent on-site, part-time role
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage management including beverage service and inventory management
- strong customer service skills focused on exceptional guest experiences
- proficiency in training and supervising staff for efficient beverage service
- familiarity with sales and budgeting including managing costs and meeting financial objectives
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- previous experience in an event venue or hospitality setting is a plus
- certification in responsible alcohol service such as TIPS or equivalent is an asset
