The Beverage Manager at Sparrow Italia plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the bar and beverage service. Reporting directly to the General Manager with oversight from the Beverage Director, the Beverage Manager is responsible for the efficient management of bar inventory, supply standards, and the bar team. This role encompasses a broad range of duties integral to the operation and success of the beverage program, including staff training and scheduling, cost control, and marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth. The Beverage Manager ensures that all operational aspects meet the brand's standards for excellence, including proper adherence to service steps, menu communications, and inventory control.

In addition to leading and educating the bar staff, the Beverage Manager actively supports daily operations across the venue, demonstrating leadership in all aspects of the service environment. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with exceptional interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of supervisory or management experience within the hospitality industry, a passion for delivering impeccable service, and a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines. Additionally, this role demands someone capable of making quick decisions under pressure, skilled in fostering a high-performance team environment, and well-versed in health and safety regulations.
