Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high-volume bar or beverage program
  • strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques
  • experience leading a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused operation
  • demonstrated creativity in menu development and execution
  • familiarity with beverage cost control, inventory systems, and vendor management
  • passion for hospitality and the Wolfgang Puck brand values of excellence, innovation, and hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high-volume bar or beverage program, preferably in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
  • strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation techniques
  • experience leading a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused operation
  • demonstrated creativity in menu development and execution
  • familiarity with beverage cost control, inventory systems, and vendor management
  • WSET Spirits Certification or similar beverage education is a plus but not required
  • passion for hospitality and the Wolfgang Puck brand values of excellence, innovation, and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Lead the daily operations of the bar and beverage program, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • design, implement, and train staff on seasonal craft cocktail menus
  • oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control strategies
  • foster a strong beverage culture through education, mentoring, and service training
  • maintain all licensing, safety, and compliance requirements
  • partner with the management team to support guest service, team performance, and operational goals
