Job Requirements
- Some college education
- Two to four years in a high-volume, high-quality restaurant operation
- Minimum one year management or supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Competent with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with industry standard software
- Must pass a background check

Job Duties
- Ensure total guest satisfaction and the finest quality of food and beverage
- Provide the highest and most efficient level of food and beverage service expected by guests
- Hold team to 21c service standards
- Engage directly with guests and teammates to promote beverage program awareness and sales
- Supervise, coach, and train all front-of-house beverage staff including lead bartenders, bartenders, cocktail servers, and barbacks
- Manage staffing responsibilities including hiring, scheduling, and onboarding beverage team members
- Create and administer alcohol policies in compliance with 21c, state, and local regulations
- Oversee beverage procurement, inventory management, and financial reporting including profit and loss statements
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop content and execute specialty beverage events
- Curate and maintain all beverage menus and related operational systems
- Lead beverage training programs and conduct frequent assessments
- Implement beverage team-building activities and incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with beverage license requirements and maintain high morale among staff
- Maintain equipment selection and brand standards for beverage service
- Assume restaurant manager duties as needed
- Communicate beverage responsibilities clearly to all relevant departments
