Job Requirements

minimum of five years of supervisor or above experience in a full-service food and beverage guest facing environment
beverage leadership experience in a casino environment
current Food Handler Manager certification or ability to acquire
responsible beverage service certificate or ability to acquire
ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission
pass background investigation
