The Beverage Manager position is crucial to the success of our Food & Beverage department. This exempt, salaried role reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for overseeing every facet of beverage service within the casino, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable operations. The Beverage Manager leads a team of beverage professionals, managing inventory control, staffing, and guest interactions with an emphasis on outstanding customer service and responsible alcohol practices. A significant part of this role is to cultivate a positive and motivating work environment through continuous coaching, training, and performance management. The role demands a manager with casino beverage supervisory or management experience who can uphold company standards and policies while driving the operational goals of our beverage outlets.
