Our casino features multiple bars, lounges, and beverage venues where guests indulge in a wide array of drink options. We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of beverage operations across the casino floor, bars, lounges, and related venues, ensuring both customer satisfaction and financial success.

The Beverage Manager will report directly to the Executive Director of Food & Beverage and will play a critical role in maintaining high customer service standards and managing a diverse team of beverage staff. This position requires strategic leadership to not only manage daily beverage operations but also to enhance the guest experience, drive revenue, and ensure compliance with gaming and health regulations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum five years of bar experience preferred or combination of education and experience
- Two years supervisory experience required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- Successful background investigation
- Ability to maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
- Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years bar experience preferred
- Two years of supervisory experience required
- Casino experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
- Must be 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee beverage operations across the casino floor, bars, and lounges
- Ensure customer service standards are maintained consistently
- Lead, train, and motivate beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor financial performance and optimize beverage revenue
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including gaming and health standards
- Collaborate with the Executive Director of Food & Beverage on operational strategies
- Conduct inventory management and control beverage costs
