Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum five years of bar experience preferred or combination of education and experience
  • Two years supervisory experience required
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
  • Successful background investigation
  • Ability to maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
  • Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of five years bar experience preferred
  • Two years of supervisory experience required
  • Casino experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
  • Must be 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee beverage operations across the casino floor, bars, and lounges
  • Ensure customer service standards are maintained consistently
  • Lead, train, and motivate beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor financial performance and optimize beverage revenue
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements including gaming and health standards
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director of Food & Beverage on operational strategies
  • Conduct inventory management and control beverage costs
