Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing beverage programs in upscale environments
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-volume, upscale environment
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with the ability to create innovative beverage programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, cost controls, and inventory
- Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences
- Certification in mixology or sommelier credentials is a plus
Job Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain a creative and profitable beverage program including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Manage daily bar operations ensuring exceptional service, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth
- Maintain inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships to optimize cost and reduce waste
- Analyze sales and financial reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure a cohesive guest experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative beverage concepts
