Job Requirements

- Food Handling Certification
- Prior experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Background in customer service preferred
- Experience handling cash is beneficial
- Barista experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and accurate counting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Food Handling Certification is mandatory
- Compliance with dress code requirements
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage
Job Duties
- Operate a register/POS system to manage transactions accurately
- Extend a friendly welcome and assist customers anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Ensure food items are prepared and served following the establishment's guidelines
- Balance and manage the cash drawer, documenting transaction details and completing deposit procedures
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash management
- Set up and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space promoting cleanliness and order
- Maintain a sanitary work environment by cleaning and disinfecting tools and surfaces
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, utensils, and sauces
- Follow food and drink handling protocols to maintain sanitation and safety
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
